The series focuses upon deputy headteacher Eric Slatt, permanently stressed over the chaos he creates both by himself and some of his eccentric staff. His wife Janet and new English teacher Suzy Travis attempt to help him solve the problems.

The film is a story of one of the best climbers in the world Natalija Gros, who struggles to climb one of the most challenging verticals in Slovenia: Histerija (8c+) in Mišja pec. The camera follows Natalija’s story during her conquering the Histerija and during the climbing season (trainings, competitions, injuries, testings). Natalija is the first woman in Slovenija to climb such a difficult wall (8c+). So far, only a few female climbers in the world have succeeded in acquiring such a result.

Rudolf Bartoš, the owner of a farm, quarry and factory, is extremely rich, however, he is unapproachable and irritable, and the dread of his employees. One day he falls down a steep slope by a river and hurts himself. The quarryman Fábera finds him groaning in pain and takes him to his cottage.
